swrm collects data in a number of ways for various purposes:
1.1. We collect data when you register for an account or interact with our Services. This data includes your name, state, zip code, username and password, and email address. We use this data to provide our service and improve the accuracy of information we supply to you. We also use this information for internal purposes relating to research, analytics, customer communication and administrative purposes.
1.2. We also collect data when you input your daily activity data or interact with our Services. We collect this data in a pseudonmyized or anonymized form in order to analyze the use of our Services, to design and improve our services to meet demand, to recognize and eliminate or process-related disruptions and problems and to prevent unauthorized use of the Services.
1.3. We also collect data (in an appropriately pseudonmyized or anonymized form) in order to analyze, personalize and improve the use of our Services and to advertise our Services, as well as to detect, limit and eliminate technical or process-related disruptions and problems.
1.4. None of the data collected will be used in any advertising or other related services other than in the premises as disclosed above.
1.5. You may choose to share information on social media services, and in the absence of your express consent to the contrary, we will only collect such content in order to optimize our own social media content on those platforms.
1.6. When using the swrm App, we may also access additional data in relation to the App or to your end device, such as the device name, device manufacturer, model, operating system, geolocation, App and/or SDK version.

2. Storing Data
2.1. swrm will store data in Hong Kong and will deal with such data in accordance with the provisions of The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). If you are located outside of Hong Kong please be aware that the data protection and privacy laws may offer a different level of protection than in your country/region. By using our Services and submitting personal data, you agree to the transfer, storage, and/or processing of your Personal data in Hong Kong in accordance with the applicable laws of Hong Kong.
